Tales Of A Fabulous Master Bath

Last week, I showed a fantastic new construction home in Point Breeze. There is so much new construction in Point Breeze, you have to wonder how one developer can make his or her creation stand out from the rest. At first sight, this home was giving us more of the same.

  • Granite counters? Check
  • Stainless steel appliances? Check
  • Finished basement? Check
  • 10 year tax abatement? Check

As we continued to walk through the house, I didn't imagine there would be any "WOW" factor and that this house was just as cookie cutter as the last. And then it happened. We finally reached the top floor of the house - the master suite, which boasted one of the largest bathrooms I've seen in a house in this price range. I was wowed. My buyer was wowed. My buyer was so excited, she decided to try the soaking tub on for size. (She fit quite comfortably)

At the end of the day, my clients did not make an offer on this house. But I don't think they'll soon forget the magnificent master bath in this lovely townhome just south of Washington Ave.

This home is still for sale and is currently asking $479,900.

If you're looking to buy in Philadelphia, let's talk! I'd love to help you find the perfect home!
